Orange launches "Orange Video Shopping", a personalised live video shopping service

In order to stay close to its customers in this unprecedented period, Orange Luxembourg is adapting and accelerating its transformation towards a resolutely omni-channel business. The operator is launching "Orange Video Shopping", a new, unique and personalised shopping experience that allows customers to access Orange offers and products via live video from their homes, with an Orange customer advisor.

The last few months have reinforced customers' need for simple, fast and available services at any time. As part of its efforts to listen to its customers and provide them with a quality service, Orange has adapted its services and developed the "Orange With You" system, a system of five online services that make life easier for users, including video shopping, call shopping, shop appointments and home smartphone delivery and repair services.

Thanks to "Orange Video Shopping", each customer can contact an advisor from their living room and, if they wish, switch to a video call to discover the offers and services of mobile telephony, Orange's fiber internet or the functions of a smartphone and an accessory. From Bertrange, the headquarters of Orange Luxembourg, the customer advisor answers all questions in several languages, can show the products and can offer home delivery or same-day click and collect.

For customers who do not want a video, the "Orange Call Shopping" service allows them to be contacted by phone and enjoy a privileged shopping experience from a distance.

With "Orange Shop Meeting", customers can make an individual appointment for a personalised welcome without waiting in the shop of their choice.

And for those who cannot or do not wish to go to a shop, the Orange shop comes to their home with "Orange Delivery"; a 48-hour delivery service in Luxembourg and with "Orange Repair", a home collection service for repairs.

The "Orange Video Shopping" service has been accessible since 16 November via the orange.lu website, along with all the other online services of the "Orange With You" scheme.
