What should I do if the 4G on my Homebox is not working?
If your modem is no longer connected to the internet:
Restart the modem and wait a few moments for the network connection to be re-established.
If your connection has become slow:
Check that you have not used up your entire Orange HomeBox package in a few clicks:
To do so, you can log in to your Orange Customer Area.
You can also log into your modem's administration interface to check if you have received a notification:
- Open your usual internet browser (from a device connected to the Home Box).
- Type in: http://flybox.home
- Type: admin / admin
- Then go to the SMS tab
