How do I activate an eSIM?
You must first request an eSIM from our teams by visiting your favourite Orange shop or directly on orange.lu by ordering your mobile plan.
Once the request is made, you will receive a QR code that you will have to scan directly from your mobile while connected to Wi-Fi.

Select "Settings".

Click on "Connections".

Go to "SIM card manager".

Click on "Add a mobile plan".

Scan the QR code that appears on your old mobile or on your computer

Click on "Add" to add a new mobile plan

Click on "OK" to "activate the new mobile plan".

Your eSIM is now active!
