How do I modify my plan?
In the "My subscriptions" tab, you can easily change your plan or activate/deactivate options. Choose "Change plan or mobile" and customise your offer according to your needs.
Do you have a smartphone with your plan?
You can also change your plan under certain conditions:
To take this action, go to the shop or call us on 800 61 606. Our advisors will then tell you the outstanding balance of your smartphone and the remaining months of your commitment.
If you benefited from promotional discounts on the purchase of this smartphone when you signed your contract, you will also be charged for this benefit.
