How to change my Wi-Fi Key?
The Wi-Fi Key of your Livebox is on the underside of the device. You can change it.
Note: changing this password will make the original one and the QR code on the underside of the device invalid. Devices previously connected to Wi-Fi will be automatically disconnected.
From My Livebox Fiber app:
- Connect your smartphone to your Livebox Wi-Fi network;
- Open My Livebox Fiber app and go to "My Wi-Fi Key";
- Click on "Personalise" and then on "Change";
- Create your new password and click on "Confirm".
From the administrator interface:
- Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar of your web browser;
- Enter your admin password or the first 8 characters of your Wi-Fi Key located on the underside of your Livebox;
- Click on the "Menu" button, "My Wi-Fi" and then "Advanced Wi-Fi";
- Click on "Change" to the right of your password to make the change.
