What do I do if I have lost my SIM card?
Have you lost your SIM card? The most important thing is to block it as soon as possible to avoid any fraudulent use.
Online, by phone or in a shop, we are at your side to quickly deactivate your SIM card. You can also order a new SIM card to be connected again and enjoy your subscription.

Go to your Customer Area
Identify yourself in your Customer Area with your Orange login and your associated password, then:
On the home page, click on "Block my SIM" and follow the procedure.
If you have found your phone in the meantime, you can reactivate your SIM card in your Customer Area by going to the home page, clicking on the "More" button in the box associated with your line and then clicking on the "Reactivate SIM card" link in the alert box at the top of the page. - Contact your Orange Customer Service
Suspend your SIM card as soon as possible by calling Orange Customer Service.

Go to an Orange shop to block your card and renew your SIM card.
Good to know:
Remember to back up your contacts when you change SIM cards. The contacts saved on your current SIM card will not be transferred to your new card. There are several solutions available to you:
- copy your contacts from your SIM card to your phone.
- if you have a smartphone, you can save your contacts by synchronising or copying the data from your smartphone to another device such as your computer or tablet.
- you can also use online data storage solutions, for example via a Gmail account.
- you can back up your contacts by installing the Orange Cloud application.
