How to use the Livebox's diagnostics function?
Orange Livebox includes a diagnostic tool. It can analyse and troubleshoot your connection. This process is automatic.
However, you can manually run an analysis from the administrator interface:
- Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar of your web browser to access the interface
- Enter your admin password or the first 8 characters of the default Wi-Fi password
- Click on the "Menu" button and then on "Support"
In the service diagnostics section, click on the "Run" button. This will launch a global analysis of your Internet service.
The "description" column displays error codes. Here are the most common ones:
- int_01_0000: Internet service available
- int_03_1210: Internet service unavailable. Restart the Livebox
- wan_03_3001: no optical link at the input of the external Fibre box
- wan_03_4001: connection to Fibre network unavailable
- wifi_01_0000: Wi-Fi working
- wifi_03_0000: 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi network not working
- wifi_07_0030: Wi-Fi network name not broadcast
