What are the installation, activation and cabling fees?
Installation, activation and cabling are three necessary steps in bringing fiber to your home. They involve costs which are detailed below:
- Installation: The installation costs correspond to the technician's travel costs to your home and his intervention to connect your box to the Internet network.
- Activation: Activation costs cover the activation of your line.
- Cabling: The cabling costs are additional costs depending on your facility. Sometimes, depending on the building, it is necessary to run cables over long distances. In this case, we have to carry out work to ensure a good connection to your internet line. This requires the authorisation of all parties involved, in particular your own and, if applicable, that of your landlord and co-ownership association.
