Why is my first invoice higher?
Your first invoice is higher because of the date your subscription started.
Internet TV services are invoiced on a monthly basis. If you started your subscription in the middle of a invoicing period, the costs of the first half of the month will be added to those of the following month. This also applies if you change your offer.
You always pay the fixed price of your subscription one month in advance. The amount outside the fixed price is always paid the following month.
In addition, your first invoice includes one-off costs, such as the connection fee and the cost of the device you purchased.
