How do I understand my invoice?
Your invoice is divided into 3 parts:
- Page 1: On this page you will find all your personal information (customer number, customer account number, invoice number and period of the invoice in question). If you have a question, our contact information can also be found on this page. This first page shows you the total amount of your invoice including VAT (fixed costs + excluding the previous month's package if there was one).
- Page 2: you will find our tips, good plans and the latest Orange news.
- Page 3: Here, you will find your detailed subscriptions and consumption. Did you make any out-of-package payments last month? These are explained on this page. This allows you to understand exactly what the amount refers to.
Let's take an example:
Setting the scene: you sign your contract on the 12th of March for a subscription to a mobile package + the purchase of a new smartphone.
You will not receive a invoice in March but you will receive a invoice in April which will include:
- The mobile package invoice from the March 12th to April 30th;
- The monthly amounts to pay for your new smartphone in March and April;
- Any out-of-package calls for the month of March (out-of-package calls for the month of April will be invoiced in May);
- The activation fee for the SIM card (or eSIM).
Good to know: Orange offers you all the units included in your package regardless of the activation date.
