How to subscribe and activate an additional Orange TV package?

Are you interested in one of our additional packages (Sport, Cinema, Luso)? It is possible to subscribe to one or more of them to complete your Orange TV service

  • By phone : 352 800 61 606 (free national number) or 352 661 061 606 (number reachable from abroad). Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

Activation

  • Once the subscription request is taken into account, the package(s) will be activated within 1 working day
  • You will then find all the channels in question directly in the app (additional packages are not available on the mobile application)

Conditions

  • The minimum commitment for a subscription to an additional package is 1 month (no commitment beyond that)
  • It is only possible to subscribe to a package if you already have Orange TV service
  • If the Orange TV suscription is over, the package(s) also end(s)
  • The additional packages are only cancelled at the end of the month
