How to benefit from Coup de pouce Fiber?

Are you eligible to our Coup de pouce social offer? Here's how to benefit from it with a fiber offer.

1) Gather your these documents:

  • Luxembourg government connectivity voucher ;
  • A bank statement ;
  • A valid ID, passport, residence permit or resident card;
  • Proof of address.

2) Go to your Orange shop with these documents. An advisor will take care of your request. If you already have a contract with another provider, Orange will cancel your old offer for free and you will keep your fixed-line telephone number.

3) The Coup de pouce Fiber offer lasts until 31/12/2024. After this period, its extension will be decided by the government. In case of non-extension, you will have to cancel your subscription if you do not intend to stay with us without the benefit of the connectivity voucher.

Good to know:

The €10 discount is valid on our fiber offers. If you go for a Love Package, this discount remains effective and will be deducted from the price of the package.
