*Access+ price and characteristics are valid from 1 April 2024. Before this date, the price charged will be €5.12/month for 1GB and 100 units.

Prices are exclusive of VAT. 1 unit = 1 minute = 1 SMS. Internet volume not included in the plan: €0.06 per MB. Outgoing SMS: €0.0702. Outgoing calls not included in the package: €0.2223 per minute. MMS billed at €0.2223 nationally; when roaming, data consumption based on MMS length will be billed in addition to the cost of the MMS. For 100% Win Pro and BeUnlimited Pro: 24-month commitment (with purchase of a mobile) or no commitment (without purchase of a mobile). For BeUnlimited Pro: 250GB of unlimited mobile Internet. Speed reduced to 512Kbit/s after that. For unlimited Data, usage may be subject to a reasonable usage policy on the part of Orange. In order to prevent any abuse of usage, Orange reserves the right, after notifying the customer, to restrict access to the network, or even to suspend the line in the event of a repeat offence. Uses considered abusive are connections that block bandwidth, excessive consumption via equipment other than a mobile phone, etc... All plans are subject to a reasonable network usage policy to guarantee network availability and quality for everyone. This is set at 1000 units for 100% Win Pro, and 3000 units for BeUnlimited Pro. Orange Tranquillité is valid in Luxembourg for Orange customers. A phone is loaned for a maximum of one month with an equivalent operating system and excluding personal data. Orange Tranquillité is only valid in the event of a breakdown with a repair carried out by Orange and up to a limit of 2 repairs per year. Roaming calls to special numbers (0800, 0900, etc.) and short numbers are not included and will be billed according to the costs defined by the providers of these numbers.
